How do I track my order?
You can track your FreeSnaps order using the unique tracking number sent with your dispatch email. Depending on your order, delivery may be handled by DHL, DPD or Amazon Shipping.
Delivery times & costs.
Delivery times and costs can vary depending on the product, delivery option and when your order is placed. Selected photo prints and gifts may be available with next day delivery.
How can I return an item?
Because photo prints and personalised gifts are made to order, they usually cannot be returned unless there is a problem with the order. Visit our Returns page for help with damaged, incorrect or missing items.
Why did I only receive one parcel?
Some FreeSnaps orders may arrive in separate parcels, especially if you ordered different photo products. If part of your order is missing, check your tracking details first, then contact support with your order number.
