We offer a full money-back guarantee in cases where there is a genuine defect or fault with the product. However, this guarantee does not apply to delays in delivery.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that circumstances may change after placing an order. To ensure we can accommodate your cancellation request, please review the details below.
Cancellation Window
- Cancellations must be requested within 1 hour of placing your order.
- Cancellation requests are only processed Monday through Friday.
- To cancel, contact our support team with your order number and cancellation request.
Weekend Orders
- Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday cannot be cancelled.
- We recommend reviewing your order carefully before completing a weekend purchase.
- Orders placed on weekends begin processing the following Monday.
How to Cancel
- Get in touch with our support team and include your order number and full name.
- You’ll receive a confirmation email once your cancellation has been processed.

Refunds: approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
Processing time: orders are typically processed quickly. If a cancellation request is received after processing has begun, we may be unable to stop the order.
Frequently Asked Questions
Unfortunately, we cannot process cancellations on Saturdays or Sundays. Please consider this when placing weekend orders, as they begin processing the following Monday.
